Not only do we ask all of our technicians to become ASE Certified, but we also encourage them to return to school and get up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and service techniques to be released by our industry.

And once they finish in the classroom, we utilize their new found knowledge in our garage. Since our shop accepts all makes and models, our team must be familiar with a variety of makes, models, and service requirements. Although it can be a lot to ask, we know that our team is up to the job. At the end of the day, what’s matters to us is the experience you have at our shop, and we believe our emphasis on education will only improve your experience with us!

At G&M Automotive Center, our team takes a total view of your time with us, from the front desk till you pull out of our shop. When you visit our front desk, we want to make sure our service expert is there to answer every question you’ll have about our services and what they can do for your vehicle. Our service expert will layout the total plan of the repair and how much you’ll be paying. It’s only after you’ve approved the plan and price do we proceed with the repair. Once we’re done, we’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown of what we did in a way that makes sense to you, and we’ll give you tips on how to avoid the same problem in the future!
